THE FACTORY
Our products are designed in Hossegor, France — the place where we live, work, and find daily inspiration. It’s here that our ideas are born, where we test our board covers, and where we truly understand what a surfer needs: practicality, durability, and simple beauty.
Production takes place in a small workshop in Barcelona, with a hands-on, artisanal approach and years of experience behind it. The owner, also a surfer, understood our vision from the very beginning. Together, we developed the ideal patterns, paying close attention to every detail to ensure each piece is as functional as possible — both when in use and when stored.
We also choose to work with locally sourced textiles, from nearby suppliers who operate under strict environmental regulations and fair working conditions. This allows us to maintain greater quality control, reduce our carbon footprint, and support a more conscious and sustainable economy.
We’re aware this way of working has a cost. And while we can’t (and don’t want to) compete with mass production or prices from overseas manufacturing, we truly believe this approach makes a real difference — in the product’s quality, in the ethics of its creation, and in the value it represents.
We hope this is something that’s taken into account when considering our prices. Behind each board cover is a story of collaboration, a shared passion for surfing, and a way of working that reflects what we stand for: less quantity, more intention.
